Author Guidelines
Jurnal Pengabdian dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Indonesia (JPPMI) encourages research articles, survey, and literature study related to community service and community empowerment across various fields, including health, education, economy, social, technology, and environment. Hence, JPPMI covers various areas of community-based activities and would be systematically arranged into the following frameworks:
Manuscript Systematics
1. Title
The title should be clear, attractive, and informative, and contain no more than 14 words.
2. Author
The author's names should be accompanied by the author's institutions and email addresses, without any academic title. For a joint paper, one of the authors should be notified as the corresponding author.
3. Abstract
Abstract should be written in Bahasa Indonesia and English up to 250 words. The abstract should provide a concise summary of the study, including introduction, method, results, discussion, and conclusion. The abstract should be accompanied by 3–6 keywords.
4. Introduction
Should present the background, objectives, and a brief review of relevant previous work.
5. Methods
This section describes the implementation methods of the community service, target community, data collection, and analysis.
6. Results and Discussion
This section explains the results of the community service activities. These should be presented clearly and concisely. Author(s) should explore the impact, effectiveness, and contribution of the program by comparing them to existing literature and practices.
7. Conclusion
This section concludes the findings and provides practical implications for community empowerment.
8. Acknowledgments
Acknowledge the persons or institutions that contribute to the activity, such as funding support, if any.
9. References
This section lists only the sources cited in the manuscript. References must follow APA Style 7th Edition and use reference tools such as Mendeley or Zotero. It should contain at least 80% primary references and include sources published within the last 10 years.
